Lost/Missing Packages: Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate during the checkout process, as One Click Store is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information. In the rare event of an error on our part, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no extra cost.

Customs: Please be aware that any customs fees incurred after the items have been shipped are not the responsibility of One Click Store. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

If your tracking status shows "No information available at the moment" beyond 7 business days from the order placement, please contact us for assistance.

Packaging: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you've selected combined shipping.
