Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to our warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't match the description.

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@oneclickstore04@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
